About this role
This hands-on manager will own affiliate strategy and execution end to end, including partner recruitment and activation, commission design, tracking, attribution, fraud controls, performance review, and ongoing enablement.
The role works with creative, lifecycle, finance, legal, and data teams to test partner cohorts and offers, improve unit economics, create affiliate assets and landing pages, and establish a measurable growth program.

- Create durable partner operations, incentives, attribution, and quality controls that produce profitable incremental growth.

- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and the underlying tracking, attribution, incrementality, unit economics, and fraud controls.
- Strong partner-recruiting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build a program in a high-ownership environment.
